als journey
the challenge was to provide als patients, at different stages of their diagnosis, with personalized resources to help them and their loved ones manage their disease.

through user interviews it became clear that there were no reliable milestones—the tool needed to meet them each where they were in their own unique stage and challenges. what also became clear is that they wanted to feel empowered.
